Baby Borrow TXK – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Baby Borrow TXK. By booking or renting any of our equipment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before renting.

​

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to rent.

  • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required.

  • A valid payment method must be on file before delivery or pickup.

​

3. Rental Period

  • The rental period begins on the agreed start date and ends on the return date selected at booking.

  • Customers select preferred delivery and pickup dates during checkout. All dates are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Baby Borrow TXK.

  • If your chosen dates are unavailable, we will:

    • Contact you to arrange alternate dates OR

    • Issue a full refund if alternate dates cannot be agreed upon.

  • Late returns may incur additional daily charges.

  • Extensions must be requested before the rental end date and are subject to availability.

4. Rental Fees & Payment

  • All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Additional charges may include:

    • Delivery/pickup fees (see Section 5)

    • Late return fees

    • Cleaning or damage fees

  • We accept major credit cards.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Free delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of Texarkana, USA.

  • Deliveries beyond 20 miles are subject to a flat $10 delivery fee (when available).

  • Delivery and/or pickup must be scheduled at checkout.

  • You must be present or designate someone responsible to receive and/or return items.

  • Missed delivery or pickup appointments may result in additional fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • A digital user manual for each rented item will be emailed to the address on file at the beginning of the rental period. Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the instructions provided in the manual to ensure safe and proper use of the product.

  • By renting from us, you agree to:

    • Use Rental Items only for their intended purpose and according to manufacturer guidelines.

    • Never alter, dismantle, or repair the items yourself.

    • Supervise children at all times while using rental equipment.

    • Keep items clean and free from permanent stains, smoke exposure, or pet hair.

    • Return all items in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted.

7. Cleaning & Sanitation

  • We professionally clean and sanitize all Rental Items before each rental.

  • If items are returned excessively dirty (e.g., food, vomit, diaper accidents), a cleaning fee will apply.

8. Damage, Loss, or Theft

  • You are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of Rental Items during your rental period.

  • If an item is damaged beyond repair or lost, you will be charged the full replacement value.

  • Minor wear and tear is expected and will not result in charges.

9. Safety Disclaimer

  • Baby Borrow TXK inspects and sanitizes all items, but we cannot guarantee against all accidents or injuries.

  • By renting, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for the safe use of all Rental Items.

  • Baby Borrow TXK is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage arising from the use of rented equipment.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

  • 3+ days before rental start date → Full refund.

  • Less than 48 hours before rental start date → Non-refundable.

  • No-shows or missed deliveries → Non-refundable (additional fees may apply to reschedule).

  • Unused rental days are non-refundable.

  • If chosen delivery dates are unavailable, we’ll work with you to find alternate dates or issue a full refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill rentals due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, weather, illness, supply chain disruptions).

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bowie County, Texas.
