Plans change—we get it! Cancel 3+ days before your rental for a full refund. Less than 48 hours, no-shows, or missed deliveries are non-refundable. If your chosen delivery dates aren’t available, we’ll find another date or give a full refund. Damaged, dirty, or lost items may incur extra fees.
We offer free delivery within 20 miles of Texarkana! If you’re a little farther out, there’s a $10 flat delivery fee. You’ll pick your preferred delivery and pickup dates at checkout, and we’ll confirm everything with you. Just make sure someone is there to receive and return your items—missed appointments may result in extra fees.
